My research focuses on the broad area of biodiversity informatics. At the moment, I’m mainly involved in standards development and linked open data. Examples of current topics are: development of the Collection Description standard (TDWG), IIIF compliance and the use of Wikidata/Wikibase in biodiversity data science.
