How to find your way around the estate
Exploring the Garden
Meise Botanic Garden is 92ha of nature and culture for you to discover. We will help you on your way:
- The most important locations in the garden are signposted on the main paths of the estate.
- We have worked out a real network of walks for you with numbered junctions to follow, just like the tourist walking and cycling routes. You will find the numbered posts all over the estate, helping you know which way to go. You can either follow our suggested walking routes or plan your own walk.
- We offer various walks, so you can discover the Botanic Garden in a different way each time. For each of these walks there is a leaflet with a map and the junctions to be followed for each route. All these leaflets are available just past both entrances to the estate. Large information panels indicate the theme of the walk. When you have made your choice, take a leaflet from the boxes next to the panels. All leaflets are available in NL, FR, EN, and D.
- Large overview plans spread throughout the estate help you to orientate yourself. You will find these plans at each stop of our electric train.
