Meise Botanic Garden offers a suitable location for every meeting, seminar, or conference: in the castle, the greenhouses, or elsewhere in this beautiful estate. Have you ever had a meeting outside? That’s also possible here!

Locations in the Spotlight:

• Bouchout Castle 

 Bouchout Castle, located in the heart of the Botanic Garden, has several rooms available with a capacity of 10 to 140 people. In every room you experience a piece of the Botanic Garden's history. The attractive castle has a rich history that goes back to the 12th century. Empress Charlotte of Mexico was probably its most famous resident.   

• The Traditional Farmhouse “Vlaamse Hoeve”

This 19th century traditional farm, located near the 'Empress Charlotte' entrance, has recently been beautifully renovated and offers a modern multipurpose room. Ideal for meetings and company events for up to 80 people. 

• The Wood Lab  

For small meetings, workshops, and team buildings for up to 20 people you can use the meeting room at the Wood lab. Your participants can learn about all aspects of wood in a contemporary and interactive way. The Culinary Garden, with its outdoor kitchen, is nearby.

• The Plant Palace  

The Plant Palace is an enchanting location for an evening reception. In winter it’s nice and warm inside in between the tropical plants, and you can enjoy summer weather outside under the canopy with a view of the Bouchot Castle pond. 

• Event Meadows 

Are you planning a meeting or staff party for more than 200 people? It’s possible to set up marquees on one of our event meadows in the most beautiful spots of the estate.  

• The Orangery 

The Orangery, formerly the overwintering place for numerous exotic plants and now the restaurant of the Botanic Garden, is a stylish location for your evening event. We also recommend the marquee and the terrace of the Orangery by the beautiful pond. The Orangery is operated by an external caterer. Click here for info and reservations .

All participants have free access to the entire Botanic Garden for a whole day. A guided tour by one of our experienced guides gives your event an added value. A pleasant surprise!

We also have an electric train that can take your guests from the entrance to the location and back.
