During the days around Halloween, Meise Botanic Garden reveals its dark hiding places. Walk past the garden's darkest spots on this chilling 3-kilometer tour. Scary decors take you into the world of chilling figures and past the cabinet of curiosities of the underworld. Try not to cry out when you run into them!

Scary Night Halloween tour - practical

When 

• 30 & 31 October, 1 & 2 November 2024
• You reserve a time slot between 6pm and 9:30pm.
• The time slot is the hour at which you start the Scary Night.
• Take your time to complete the trail. The botanic garden does not close until 11 p.m.

For whom 

From 12 years of age! 

Please note that the trail is not suitable for wheelchairs. 

Prices of the Scary Night 

Food and drink

• Before and after the Scary Night enjoy a cozy snack and drink at the food trucks on the Welcome Square (Empress Charlotte Entrance).
• Your ticket will only be scanned past the Welcome Square. This allows you to meet friends or family before you start the tour.
• KAWA bar will be open for a drink during your walk.
• The food trucks will remain open until 11:30 p.m. Ideal to recover from all the emotions ;))

Discount tickets

MuseumPassMusées, Brussels Card or other discount cards do not apply during this event. However, holders of a Friends Card (annual pass) will receive a discount.  

*Friends Pass

• The Friends discount is strictly personal to Friends of the Botanical Garden
• Log in to your account to purchase your tickets with Friends Pass discount.
• Please note that the friends Pass must be valid at the time of purchase of your ticket and at the time of the Scary Night.

**Residents of Meise

• As a resident of Meise, you are entitled to a Friends Card and accompanying discount at this event.
•  Please note, you must be able to present your Friends Card at the entrance gates.
• Do not wait until the evening itself to pick up your Friends Card do this in advance and avoid long queues at the box office. You can find all info about the Friends Card here.

Access only via the Empress Charlotte entrance (Nieuwelaan 38).

The Meise-Village entrance is closed during the Scary Night.
